Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities throughout New Jersey. You will work one-on-one, following each person’s ISP to promote independence and daily living success.

We offer flexible hours with cases across New Jersey, competitive pay of $18–$24 per hour, and a supportive team focused on consistent scheduling and career growth within a DDD-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable and motivated to make a difference.
• Ability to provide patient, respectful care.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support
