Job summary

ASG Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across New Jersey. DSPs provide one‑on‑one, person‑centered assistance under each client’s ISP and help with daily living activities in-home and in the community.

We offer flexible hours with local cases, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within a DDD‑focused agency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on home and community‑based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
