Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in community settings under each person's ISP. You will provide one-on-one support to promote independence and daily living success.

We offer $18–$24 per hour with flexible scheduling, local cases, and a supportive team. This DDD-focused agency provides opportunities to grow while making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or direct support is preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
