Job summary

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) in Duluth, MN is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Celia youth foster care home. You will help boys ages 6-11 with disabilities and mental health needs; no prior experience or certifications are required to start.

Shifts include early mornings and weekends with a 4–8 hour schedule and flexible options. Earn $25.25–$25.75 per hour, with a rate exception of $6.50 per hour added on top of RSI’s wages.

Qualifications

• Pass post-offer background check
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if working days or evenings
• Must be 21 or older to work in youth foster care settings

Responsibilities

• Assist people with disabilities and mental illness in daily living activities and community outings
• Medication administration and household duties as needed
• Behavioral management and personal hygiene support
