Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Virginia, MN to support adults with disabilities in a foster care setting.

No prior experience or certifications are required; RSI provides training and a supportive team environment. Duties include assisting with daily living, medication administration, and community activities to promote independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or certifications required to get started.
• Post-offer background check is required.
• Valid driver’s license and be able to pass an MVR check if working days or evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in medication administration.
• Help with daily living and personal care.
• Support residents in community activities (outings, events).
