Job summary

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals for our adult foster care home in Brookston, MN. You will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives in a supportive, person-centered environment.

Shifts are 16–30 hours per week with a blend of day and evening hours; every-other weekend is required. No prior experience or certifications are required to begin, and RSI offers benefits and training to support your success.

Qualifications

• Pass a post-offer background check.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check if working days or evenings.
• No prior experience or certifications required to start in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day tasks for people you support, including medication administration, household duties, and personal hygiene.
• Support community activities and outings to promote independence and engagement.
• Build meaningful relationships in a person-centered culture that values the individuals served and the team.
