Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower individuals with IDD in home and community settings in Pennsylvania. You will deliver hands-on care, support daily living activities, monitor health and safety, and promote independence under supervision.

Prior experience in caregiving or home health is preferred. The role requires English proficiency, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation for travel to client homes and community sites;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to use electronic documentation and EVV systems.
• English proficiency is required for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities and health/safety monitoring.
• Implement behavior support strategies and maintain documentation.
• Support transportation to appointments and community activities.
