Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SC Driver's License.
• Ability to lift or maneuver up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Adaptable, a team player, and advocate for others.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support and daily living assistance.
• Assist with training, independence, and community engagement.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, and self-care as needed.
• Support transportation and participate in planned activities.
• Maintain progress notes using the online system Therap.
