Aspire Living & Learning, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

You will assist with daily activities, meals, recreation, learning tasks, and fitness, while representing the needs and interests of individuals served. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Therap experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
• Assist with daily activities: household chores, meal preparation, recreation, learning activities, and fitness.
• Represent needs and interests of individuals and contribute input on program planning and implementation.
