Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals to interact with their community and pursue personal goals.
• Provide adaptive skills training—personal care, daily living, social skills, budgeting as applicable.
• May provide transportation in company or personal vehicle.
• Document and report observations to supervisor; participate in trainings and staff meetings.
