Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance.
• Ability to lift and transfer individuals; physically demanding tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication; empathy and patience.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care including meal prep, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
