Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Valid US driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assist people with skills training in activities of daily living.
• Develop independence by fostering decision-making and skills growth.
• Follow regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies in service delivery.
• Administer medications as required and manage related documentation.
• Transport and accompany individuals to medical, recreational and community activities.
• Maintain shift notes, checklists, and required documentation.
