Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Two+ years' experience with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clients in basic living skills and daily personal tasks.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments with valid Arkansas Driver's License.
• Complete required documentation (Behavioral/Incident/Forms, Care Sheets, Requisitions, Progress Logs).
• Communicate with staff about client needs and progress toward plan of care.
• Follow medication management guidelines and monitor procedures.
• Organize and carry out recreational activities for clients.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and FCC policies.
• Support maintenance of facilities and vehicles and attend training.

Education

High school diploma or GED
