Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Two+ years experience with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Valid Arkansas driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in basic living skills and daily personal tasks.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments.
• Maintain documentation (behavioral, incident, care sheets, monthly logs).
• Follow Medicaid guidelines for vehicle usage and records.
• Report incidents or emergencies to supervisors immediately.
• Assist in Plan of Care formulation and follow-through.
• Follow proper medication management and documentation.
• Organize and carry out recreational activities for clients.
• Model professional appearance and respect in interactions.
• Maintain facilities, vehicles, and confidentiality per HIPAA.
