Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid Driver’s License in the candidate’s legal name and current address; minimum one year driving experience.

Responsibilities

Carry out behavioral treatment plans and collect direct observational data.
Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, meal prep, budgeting, housekeeping).
Provide personal care and supervision to support life skills development.
Accompany individuals to healthcare appointments and community outings; provide safe transportation.
Document activities and communicate with residents, guardians, and family.
