Job summary

Bancroft in Carneys Point, NJ is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Adult Residential Program. You will empower individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, supporting daily living skills and safety in a compassionate caregiving role.

This onsite position offers a second shift, competitive pay of $19.61–$20.00 per hour plus incentives, and a full benefits package including PTO and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license in your name with 1 year driving experience.
• Six months related work experience OR Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out behavioral treatment plans and collect observational data.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Accompany individuals to healthcare appointments and community outings.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with families.
