Mains’l Services in Minnesota is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals in their homes and communities, helping them live their best lives and grow into leadership roles.

As a DSP, you will provide person-centered supports, assist with transportation, maintain safe living spaces, teach practical skills, offer companionship and advocacy, and accurately document daily activities.

Qualifications

• Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• 18 years or older.
• Valid US driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS.

Responsibilities

Pay & Schedule

• $17.00/hour - $20.00/hour based on level of support
• Full-Time and Part-Time Options available

What You’ll Do:

As a DSP, you’ll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same - but your impact is clear.

You May:

• Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)
• Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation).
• Teach valuable skills- from financial management to communication.
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
• Accurately document care and daily activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
