Job summary

Mains’l Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals in their homes and communities. You’ll provide person-centered supports, assist with daily living, transportation, and skill-building, making a real difference across shifts.

We offer training, paid on-the-job learning, and opportunities to grow within the organization. Employment is available in full-time and part-time roles with consistent scheduling and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid US driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS.

Responsibilities

• Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (daily living, behavioral supports, coaching).
• Assist with transportation to activities and medical appointments.
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (laundry, housekeeping, meal prep).
• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
• Accurately document care and daily activities.

Pay & Schedule

• $17.00/hour - $19.00/hour based on level of support
• Full-Time and Part-Time Options available
