Earn $17.00–$19.00 per hour with full-time or part-time options and consistent, predictable scheduling. We provide paid on-the-job training, education assistance, and a benefits package designed to support you and the people you serve.

Qualifications

• Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• 18 years or older
• A valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation with insurance
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)
• Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation)
• Teach valuable skills - from financial management to communication
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy
• Accurately document care and daily activities

• $17.00/hour - $19.00/hour based on level of support
• Full-Time and Part-Time Options available
