Job summary

Mains’l Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals in their homes and communities, helping them live their best lives. This role offers growth opportunities and hands-on experience in a compassionate team setting.

You’ll provide person-centered supports, assist with daily activities, transportation, and documentation, while building skills and potential for leadership within the organization. Training is provided, with opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid US driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in their home and community with activities of daily living and skill-building.
• Provide person-centered supports tailored to individual needs.
• Assist with transportation to activities and medical appointments.
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Document care and daily activities accurately.

• $17.00/hour - $20.00/hour based on level of support
• Full-Time and Part-Time Options available

What You’ll Do:

As a DSP, you’ll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same — but your impact is clear.

You May:

• Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)
• Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation).
• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
• Accurately document care and daily activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• 18 years or older
• A valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation with insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS
