Mains’l Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support individuals in their homes and communities, helping them live their best lives. This full-time/part-time DSP role offers opportunities for hands-on experience and leadership growth.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• A valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation with insurance
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS

• Assist with transportation to activities and medical appointments

What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you’ll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same — but your impact is clear.

You May

• Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)
• Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation).
• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
• Accurately document care and daily activities

What We’re Looking For

• Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
