Pay & Schedule

• $17.00/hour – $20.00/hour based on level of support
• Full‑time and part‑time options available
• Consistent, predictable scheduling

What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you’ll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same, but your impact is clear.

• Provide person‑centered supports tailored to the individual’s needs (including activities of daily living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill‑building)
• Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation)
• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy
• Accurately document care and daily activities

What We’re Looking For
