Mains’l Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals in their homes and communities in Minnesota. We offer paid training, flexible hours, and opportunities for career growth.

You’ll help with daily living activities, transportation, and skill development, in a compassionate and supportive team environment. We provide full-time and part-time options, a consistent schedule, and benefits as described.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid US driver’s license with insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered supports tailored to individual needs (activities of daily living, behavioral supports, coaching)
• Assist with transportation to activities and medical appointments
• Maintain safe, clean, welcoming living environments (laundry, housekeeping, meals)
• Teach valuable skills including financial management and communication
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy
• Accurately document care and daily activities

Pay & Schedule

• $17.00/hour - $19.00/hour based on level of support
• Full-Time and Part-Time Options available

What You’ll Do:

As a DSP, you’ll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same — but your impact is clear.

You May:

What We’re Looking For:

• Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• 18 years or older
