Job summary

Mains’l Services in Dayton, Minnesota is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help individuals live independently and achieve personal goals. This role provides the opportunity to make a positive impact every day.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check through DHS.

Pay & Schedule

• $17.00/hour - $21.00/hour based on level of support
• Full‑Time and Part‑Time Options available

What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you’ll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same — but your impact is clear.

You May

• Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)
• Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation).
• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
• Accurately document care and daily activities

What We’re Looking For

• Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• 18 years or older
