Center for Disability Services- Ohio is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to mentor and assist individuals with developmental disabilities. This role offers meaningful work where every day is different and community involvement is encouraged.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour with flexible schedules, paid training, and benefits. No mandatory overtime and agency vehicles available help you stay connected with those you support.

Qualificações

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required for all positions.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor, teach, and help people with developmental disabilities.
• Help individuals learn new skills, increase independence, and explore their community.
• Assist with activities such as shopping, doctor visits, meal prep, and housework.

Become a Direct Support Professional (DSP)! A DSP mentors, teaches, and helps people with developmental disabilities. It's a job where every day is different and flexibility and caring are key. DSPs assist people with developmental disabilities to learn new skills, increase their independence and explore their community. You will be part of a team that encourages and assists people in their daily life; that might mean taking someone shopping or a doctor, helping them prepare food or helping them with housework.
