Job summary

AGENTIC CLIENT SUPPORT SERVICES LLC in Columbus, Ohio is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to empower individuals with developmental disabilities. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement.

As a DSP, you will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, document using Brittco and ADP, and support clients in community activities. Training is provided, and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, families and staff.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you support individuals with developmental disabilities. You empower individuals to reach their full potential. We are looking for full-time, part-time, and as-needed (PRN) team members.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education:

Experience:

• Computer Skills: Compose emails. Use various programs, including Brittco and ADP, to do job duties.

Certificates & Licenses:

Valid Driver’s License with five or fewer points.

Other Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid Certification, which we will provide.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
