Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with disabilities. Full-time, part-time and weekend roles are available statewide in New Jersey.

Compensation ranges from $17 to $24 per hour, with paid training and a flexible schedule to help you balance work and family. We value dependable, caring individuals who want to empower clients to participate in the community and build meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license - No provisional licenses.
• Prior experience in this field is preferred, but we offer paid training.

• Give while helping and support individuals learn skills to live the lives they choose.
• Involve them in the community and help them feel part of society.
• Help individual and support positive relationships with people in their community.
• Create positive moments within their environment.
