Job summary

Center for Disability Services (CDS) is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Ohio. This role includes mentoring and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them learn new skills, enhance independence, and participate in community activities.

Flexible shifts, on-site work, and supportive team environment are offered; paid training and benefits are available. Starting pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour, with available shifts including weekends and all days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required for all positions.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, teach, and help people with developmental disabilities in daily life.
• Assist with shopping, doctor visits, meal preparation, and light housework.
