Open Hands in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate, hands-on care to individuals with disabilities. You will help with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care while promoting dignity and safety.

This role involves supporting behavior plans, administering medications as directed, transporting to training and community activities, and maintaining a clean, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of professional experience
• Valid Driver’s License & Active Car Insurance
• Good communication skills (written & oral)
