BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Buncombe and McDowell counties to provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence and independence.
As a DSP, you will help with daily activities, transport clients to appointments, and offer mentorship and companionship. Earn up to $18/hr with flexible part-time schedules and shifts close to home.
