Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking part-time Direct Support Professionals in Wake Forest and Wake County, North Carolina. DSPs provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them gain independence and participate in community life.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, are at least 18, and have reliable transport to meet clients where they live and go. Flexible shifts and weekly pay make this a rewarding, local role.

• At least 18 years of age.
• One year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to appointments and activities.
• Interest in teaching life skills to promote independence.

• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming

We are currently hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals in Wake Forest and Wake County areas!

What You’ll Do

• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible

Pay & Schedule

• $16 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Flexible part-time schedules
• Multiple shifts available
• Work close to home
