Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Caregiver - Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Blowing Rock and nearby areas. You’ll assist with daily routines, personal care, and help clients build life skills to live more independently at home.

We offer weekly pay, flexible shifts, short commutes, scholarships and career growth, plus 24/7 clinical support.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations.
