Easterseals Rehabilitation Center in Indiana is seeking a Direct Support Professional/Caregiver to provide person-centered care in our eight Group Homes. You will build authentic relationships, support clients in daily activities, and help promote independence in a warm, safe environment.

No prior experience required; paid training provided. Strong reading, writing, and English fluency are essential for safety.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, equivalent, or an Easterseals Reading Test.
• Experience: Paid training is provided, no experience is necessary!
• Strengths: Organized, good communication, reliable, and team-oriented!
• Requirements: Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English due to the safety and health sensitive needs of our clients.
