Job summary

Easterseals Disability & Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional/Caregiver in Newburgh, IN. Join our team to provide compassionate, client-centered care in eight group homes, helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live safely and independently.

You will build genuine relationships, support personal goals, and engage clients in activities and outings in the community.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent or Easterseals Reading Test.
• Paid training is provided; no prior experience required.
• Must read, write, and speak fluent English for safety and care.
• Strong organization and communication skills are valued.
