Job summary

Easterseals Rehabilitation Center- Evansville, IN is seeking a Direct Support Professional/Caregiver to provide client-centered care in our eight Group Homes. You will build authentic relationships with clients and support their independence in a family-like environment.

You will assist with personal hygiene and hands-on care, participate in activities and outings, and grow into leadership responsibilities while keeping client safety and well-being as a priority.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, equivalent, or an Easterseals Reading Test.
• Paid training is provided; no experience is necessary.
• Strengths: Organized, good communication, reliable, and team-oriented.
