Job summary

Easterseals Rehabilitation Center in Chandler, IN is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide client-centered care in our group homes and help individuals grow toward greater independence. You will build authentic relationships, participate in community outings, support daily activities, and monitor client goals.

Paid training is provided; read, write, and speak fluent English are required. This on-site role offers stable hours, a full benefits package for 35+ hours weekly, and

• Education: High School Diploma, equivalent, or an Easterseals Reading Test.
• Experience: Paid training is provided, no experience is necessary!
• Strengths: Organized, good communication, reliable, and team-oriented!
• Requirements: Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English due to safety and health sensitive needs.
