Job summary

Easterseals Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Chandler, IN to provide hands-on care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes client-centered care, safety, and a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

You will assist with daily activities, reinforce independence, and participate in community outings while building trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, equivalent, or Easterseals Reading Test.
• Experience: Paid training provided; no prior experience required.
• Strengths: Organized, good communication, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English due to safety and health needs.
