Qualifications

• Ability to read and write proficiently in English.
• Successful completion of Direct Care Worker Competency evaluation process.
• Current CPR Card.
• Current Health Screening as per state regulations.
• Proof of PA nursing license or PA CNA certification or home health aide training or equivalent competency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client’s health, wellness and safety.
• Encourage goals related to independent living and daily living activities.
• Crisis prevention and intervention.
• Promote advocacy and individual rights.
• Monitor and document client status, interactions, and behaviors.
