Qualifications

• Must pass Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred.
• Possess or be able to acquire certification in First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Improve and respect the lives of individuals with physical, mental, and developmental disabilities.
• Assist in the implementation of individual plans and goals.
• Help individuals develop appropriate social and daily life skills.
• Assist with daily living activities including meals and personal hygiene.
• Ensure individuals’ rights are protected.
