Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are required to interact with clients and families.
• Proficiency in English is required for clear documentation and communication.
• Must have an active driver’s license to transport clients when needed.
• Technical proficiency for documenting progress on mobile devices is essential.
• Applicant must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal prep, and household chores.
• May transport clients to and from community activities.
• Support individuals in achieving developmental goals and fostering independence.
• Encourage community participation and accompany individuals on outings and social activities.
• Document observations and progress on goals and ensure a safe environment for clients.
