Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional for the Lumberton Unit/ Robeson 2 on FT 2nd shift. In this role you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges in community and home settings, helping them identify goals and access services.

You will work closely with the care team, advocate, coach, and assist with transportation, personal care, and daily living tasks while maintaining confidentiality and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote healthy living and prevent illness.
• Accompany people to work, appointments, and community activities.
• Teach independent living skills and provide transportation.
