Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred), 18+ years old, valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate requests and needs, support goals and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Promote healthy living and prevent illness and accidents.
• Accompany people to work, the movies, concerts, shopping, and other outings.
• Teach independent living skills and provide transportation to appointments.
• Foster positive relationships and support decision-making about living and social ties.
• Assist with personal care, documentation, and confidentiality.
• Connect people with resources and advocate for rights and opportunities.
