Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional for the Lumberton Unit, Robeson 2. This full-time 2nd shift role provides person-centered support at home and in the community. Pay is $15.00/hour with opportunities to grow in a caregiving team.

You will help people identify goals, teach daily living skills, transport to activities, and advocate for choices, while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 18+ years old with valid driver's license.
• Pre-employment screenings including background checks and credentialing as required.

Responsibilities

• Promote healthy living and prevent illness and accidents.
• Support individuals in daily living and community activities.
• Assist with personal care, transportation, and appointments.
• Document care provided and maintain confidentiality.
• Encourage self-advocacy and individual choice.
