Job summary

SOUTHWEST BEHAVIORAL CARE, INC. Monessen, PA is seeking staff to support program clients by implementing Individual Service Plans and assisting in client development.

The role includes hands-on instruction, organizing recreational activities, and maintaining safety and compliance at the residential site. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid PA driver’s license, ability to use EMR, and clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to utilize electronic medical records (EMR).
• Must obtain Criminal History Clearance from PA State Police, Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Clearances.
• Willingness to work daylight, afternoon and midnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Aids program clients daily with the implementing of Individual Service Plans.
