Job summary

Southwest Behavioral Care, Inc. is seeking a qualified clinician to provide comprehensive assessments and outpatient psychotherapy in Greensburg, PA.

The role involves developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support clients’ recovery. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in social work or psychology, is eligible for or possesses a clinical license, and can obtain required clearances.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, or related clinical discipline with clinical practicum.
  • Licensed in a clinical discipline with mental health clinical experience or able to obtain the designated credential.
  • Must obtain clearances: National Criminal History, Child Abuse, FBI fingerprints.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts assessment and diagnostic services to develop a comprehensive treatment plan.
  • Develops and implements individualized treatment plans using individual, marital, group, and family modalities.
  • Participates in treatment team meetings with psychiatric and clinical staff.
  • Initiates appropriate intra- and inter-agency contacts to facilitate client care.
  • Maintains all case records, charts, and required documentation in a timely manner.
