Job summary

Southwest Behavioral Care, Inc. in Uniontown, PA, seeks a qualified clinician to provide comprehensive assessments and outpatient psychotherapy, including individual, family, and group sessions.

You will develop and implement treatment plans and participate in treatment team meetings with psychiatric and clinical staff. The role requires a Master’s degree in social work or psychology (or related field) and the ability to obtain required credentials.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related clinical discipline with clinical practicum.
  • Licensed in a clinical discipline with mental health clinical experience OR willing to obtain licensure.
  • Ability to obtain Mental Health Professional or Certified Addiction Counselor credential.
  • Clearances: Criminal History, Child Abuse, and FBI fingerprints.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical assessments and outpatient psychotherapy (individual, family, group).
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings with psychiatric and clinical staff.
  • Initiate inter-agency contacts to coordinate care.
