SOUTHWEST BEHAVIORAL CARE, INC. is seeking a program supervisor to oversee outpatient, social rehabilitation, drop-in, and psychiatric rehabilitation services in Charleroi, PA. You will coordinate treatment activities, supervise staff, and ensure alignment with agency policies and DHS regulations.

The role includes direct service delivery, staff training, and timely documentation. A Master's degree and 2+ years supervisory experience are required, with clearance credentials expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related clinical discipline with practicum; licensed in clinical discipline if applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience per DHS regulations.
• Ability to obtain required Pennsylvania clearances (Criminal History, State Police, FBI).
• Must not be excluded from Medicare/Medicaid or federal health care programs.

Comprehensive Benefits Package • Tuition Discounts • Career AdvancementSOUTHWEST BEHAVIORAL CARE, INC.Full-Time-Charleroi, PAOverall Function:Responsible for the over site of the assigned Mental Health and Psychiatric Rehabilitation program as well as the supervision of staff.Essential Functions:Coordinates and monitors the treatment activities and staff of the assigned Outpatient, Social Rehabilitation, Drop-In, and Psychiatric Rehabilitation programs.Implements short and long-term program goals ensuring compliance to all government rules and regulations, and agency policies and procedures.Assigns, reviews, and analyzes the clinical work of assigned staff related to therapy.Designs creative and educational activities to enhance the daily living skills and improve the social and emotional functioning of program participants.Responsible for direct service delivery including performing assessments, clinical services, and treatment planning.Provides staff training through individual conferences, staff meetings or side by side demonstration of techniques; monitors performance to ensure compliance and delivery of quality services.Responsible for the timely preparation and submission of all required program reports, records, and documentation, in accordance with regulatory standards and program policy.Coordinates program outreach and public relations activities, provides community education, and gives technical assistance to other social service providers as well as client family members.Provides supervisory back-up to agency on call staff.Adheres to all policies, laws, regulations and codes of ethics and confidentiality as outlined by federal and state laws, and agency policies and procedures.Master’s Degree in social work, Psychology, or related clinical discipline in which the degree program includes a clinical practicum also in accordance with Department of Human Services regulations or be licensed in clinical discipline that included mental health clinical experience.
