Beyond Home Health Care in New Jersey is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower clients to live independently and participate in their communities.

You will help with daily living, support ISPs, provide companionship, assist with transportation, and document care while following health guidelines and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience with developmental disabilities strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Required training certifications such as CPR and First Aid to be completed through approved providers.
