Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care in New Jersey seeks a Direct Support Professional to help clients achieve personal goals, maintain independence, and participate fully in their communities.

You will support daily living, implement ISPs, provide companionship, monitor health, assist with transportation, and maintain care documentation. A valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid training are required; competitive pay and flexible hours are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid training required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Implement ISPs aligned with clients' goals.
• Provide companionship and encourage social inclusion.
• Administer medication and monitor health per guidelines.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and outings.

Qualifications:
