Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care in New Jersey is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist clients with daily living activities and support independence within their communities.

You will implement ISPs, provide companionship, monitor health, administer medications per guidelines, and help with transportation while maintaining accurate care documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Prior experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid training required through approved providers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, mobility).
• Implement and align ISPs with clients’ goals.
• Provide companionship and social inclusion support.
• Administer medications and monitor health per guidelines.
